B2 Retrofit Material Kit and Install

Description

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Patuxent River, MD, intends to enter into sole source negotiations and subsequently award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) modification under BOA N00019-25-G-0003 Delivery Order N00019-26-F-1093. The anticipated modification is for the procurement of material and labor needed to retrofit one (1) air vehicle (B-2) to an IFC-4.2.3 configuration. Contract award is anticipated for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027. The anticipated period of performance will be for approximately 54 - months. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR 6.103-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. NGSC is the sole designer, developer, manufacturer and integrator of the MQ-4C Triton Therefore, NGSC is the only known responsible source possessing the engineering data, technical skills, and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, and operational characteristics of the MQ-4C UAS required to perform the necessary production effort within the required timeframe. No formal request for proposal or additional written information is currently available. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement which will be considered by the agency. A determination by the Government not to compete is solely within the discretion of the Government. This synopsis is published for information purposes only. Subcontracting opportunities should be sought directly from NGSC.
