Description
NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Yokosuka (FLCY) Site Chinhae issues a competitive solicitation to accomplish the Voyage Repair Availability for USNS SACAGAWEA (T-AKE 2) in accordance with the Work Specification MSCOK 26-010 and the SECTION J, Attachment J-1. The solicitation issued electronically via SAM.gov and interested parties must comply with this announcement. Offerors should monitor SAM.gov for any applicable amendments. Work Items Specifications and References (J-1) will not be posted to SAM.gov due to the file sizes. Offerors must contact the POCs identified in the RFP to coordinate transmittal via DoD Safe and include company's UEI number with the request for status verification in the SAM.gov. Offerors shall be registered in SAM.gov to be eligible for award. This solicitation is intended only for sources duly authorized to operate and do business in S. Korea as prescribed by DFARS 252.225-7042. The Government anticipates to issue a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) single award. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and the Navy Marine Corps Acquisition Regulation Supplement (NMCARS) will guide this acquisition. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided in response to this solicitation. Any questions or comments regarding this solicitation may be addressed to the point of contact of this announcement. - Amendment 0001 issued 16 Jun 2026 to incorporate the Attachment J-8 Q&A matrix 16 Jun 2026. - Amendment 0002 issued 18 Jun 2026 to provide the updated Attachment J-8 Q&A matrix 18 Jun 2026. - Amendment 0003 issued 30 Jun 2026 to extend the original proposal due date, 2 Jul 2026 @ 10 AM, of this solicitation for 7 additional days to 9 Jul 2026 @ 10 AM.
