CANCELLATION NOTICE Solicitation HS002124RCP01 for the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency�s (DCSA) Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) for the Security Education and Training System (SETS) eLearning Platform is hereby cancelled in its entirety due to a change in the technical requirements resulting from the Program Zero Baseline Review held on 07 January 2026. The Government appreciates the time and effort vendors invested in preparing and submitting a response to this CSO. Interest in doing business with the Government is highly valued. Please continue to monitor the Government portal for other opportunities with DCSA.
