Description
Amendment 0001: Published 5/21/2026. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the sign-in sheet for the site visit. Please see attachments. Solicitation: Published 5/7/2026 In accordance with 38 U.S.C. � 8127 (Public Law 109-461), this project is a competitive Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment to prepare the site identified on the Jesse Brown VA campus for the installation of additional data drops, power outlets and equipment bracing for equipment deployment of the Electronic Health Record (EHR). The contractor shall provide and install normal and emergency power outlets, data drops, and required equipment bracing to support EHR equipment deployment on the Jesse Brown VA campus as shown and described in the project drawings, specifications and the statement of work. This project is located at: Jesse Brown VA Medical Center 820 S. Damen Ave. Chicago, IL. 60612 VAAR Magnitude of Construction: $250,000 to $500,000.00. NAICS Code: 236220 and PSC Code: Z2DA Period of Performance: 60 calendar days after issuance of the Notice To Proceed (NTP). Contractor is required to fill in Unique Identifier in Block No.14 on Standard Form (SF) 1442. PLEASE NOTE: The Contractor agrees to attend any post award conference convened by the contracting activity or contract administration office in order to ensure congruent expectations on contract requirements. Any reference in the specifications to guarantee period services or warranties outside of the one year warranty period in accordance with FAR 52.246-21 Warranty of Construction shall be omitted and not considered for development of the bid. Bidders are strongly encouraged to review the drawings and specifications extensively to gather any and all technical questions by the submission deadline enclosed within this solicitation. A site visit has been scheduled. Please review the site visit information on Attachment 9.
