MEX-NEC Spare Parts - BAS System

DESCRIPTION: Please note this solicitation is not ready to be issued as of this date. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City will launch the Request for Quotation (RFQ) on SAM.gov when it becomes available. The U.S. Embassy in Mexico City, Facility Management Office (FAC), has a requirement for brand-new Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts and related components for the Building Automation System (BAS) at the New Embassy Compound (NEC). These parts support preventive and corrective maintenance and ensure the safe, reliable, and uninterrupted operation of critical mechanical and electrical building infrastructure. Items include, but are not limited to: BAS controllers, modules, sensors, power supplies, relays, actuators, adapters, and accessories. Full specifications, part numbers, quantities, and delivery requirements will be provided in the RFQ upon solicitation launch. All items must be brand new and must match specific OEM part numbers and models. No substitutions will be accepted. SAM.GOV REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT: Pursuant to FAR 4.1102(a), offerors must be registered in SAM.gov at the time an offer is submitted in order to comply with the annual representations and certifications requirements. Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in SAM.gov prior to proposal submission. Further details will be provided in the RFQ once launched. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice are not required; vendors should monitor SAM.gov and respond to the formal RFQ once issued.
