Failure to be registered at the time of proposal submission shall deem the offeror's proposal to be considered non-responsive to the solicitation requirements and no further consideration will be given. Therefore, you are encouraged to complete the registration process and have an active account in SAM.gov prior to proposal submission. The guidelines for registration in SAM are available at: https://sam.gov/content/entity-landing Electronic Submission/Responses: This opportunity will allow electronic responses for quotation submission. Further details will be provided in the RFQ once launched. Responses to this pre-solicitation notice are not required; vendors should monitor SAM.gov and respond to the formal RFQ once issued.
