Description
Amendment 0001 has been attached to this solicitation to provide answers to questions received from potential offerors. Amendment 0001 will need to be signed by offerors and submitted along with their respective proposals. *** This solicitation is for troubleshooting support, maintenance and feature enhancement for two open-source software tools, BWF MetaEdit and FFmpeg, to support Federal Agencies Digital Guideline Initiative (FADGI) Audio-Visual Working Group projects and guidelines.
