Description
CDC is interested in learning about existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools that can support the federal acquisition lifecycle, including acquisition planning, market research, requirements development, solicitation preparation, proposal evaluation, contract administration, and closeout. CDC plans to host a limited number of companies to demonstrate commercially available AI capabilities to a select audience of government acquisition professionals. The purpose of these presentations is to increase awareness of current AI solutions that may improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of acquisition processes. These presentations are for market research purposes only and are intended solely to inform the Government of current commercial capabilities. They do not constitute a solicitation or imply any future procurement action. Vendors will be expected to attend a virtual session to present their existing Artificial Intelligence (AI) tool(s), with approximately 30 minutes allocated to the presentation and 15 minutes allocated to questions and answers. Audiences will be limited to government acquisition staff. CDC estimates the event will be scheduled in August, but does not currently have a specific date set. Interested vendors shall submit a capability statement of no more than two (2) pages to Lauren Peel at ijt9@cdc.gov. The subject line must be: 75D301-26-RFI-73483 [Vendor Name]. Capability statements shall reference the specific tool(s) or capabilities available and discuss whether currently used by other agencies or commercial companies or whether still in development. The capability statement should identify the specific acquisition issues or concerns being addressed. Questions may be submitted by July 20, 2026, at 5PM EST. Answers to select questions will be posted by amendment to this announcement. Responses are due July 30, 2026. Vendors will receive a confirmation as to whether or not they are selected to present.
