Amendment 1 - See below in attachments for responses to proposed questions. -----------------------This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted on Contracting Opportunities. This RFQ is NOT to be construed as a commitment by the United States Air Force. The Government is NOT liable for any costs and/or activity associated with providing a response to this announcement. Any costs incurred as a result of a response to this announcement shall be borne by the firm and will not be charged to the Government for reimbursement. The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFQ either before or after the closing date. In the event the RFQ is cancelled, the Government has no obligation to reimburse costs associated with preparing and providing a quote. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is FA671226Q0004 This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2025-06. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. Clauses can be accessed in full text at this address: www.acquisition.gov. The NAICS code is 333120 and the Small Business Standard is 1,250 Employees. The proposed contract is 100% total set-aside for Small Business. Award shall be made on the evaluation basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. The 911th Airlift Wing located in Coraopolis, PA is seeking quotes from small business vendors for the following: NOTE: The 911th Airlift Wing is requesting a quote for a snowplow blade package and tailgate salt spreader that is compatible with a FORD F250, 2025 truck. The proposed contract is 100% total set-aside for Small Business. The deadline for submitting questions concerning this combined synopsis/solicitation is January 7th, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. eastern standard time. All quotes must be submitted by January 16th, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. eastern standard time. To be considered for an award, offers must meet the product characteristics provided in Attachment #1 and be the lowest price. CLIN 0001: Snowplow Blade Package (8 1/2 ft W - 30?32-inch H - Hydraulic Unit Handheld Controller 3-Port Vehicle Module Vehicle-Specific Harness (2025 Ford F-250) Vehicle-Specific Mount with Halogen Headlamps (2025 Ford F-250) RUBBER DEFLECTOR including installation. CLIN 0002: Spreader with in-bed installation 2.2 cu/yd Auger Tie-down Kit Vibrator Kit50 Spill Guard Work lights (each side) Strobe lights INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS: Use Attachment 2 Pricing Template Vendors may submit additional literature and/or specification details in addition to the pricing template to clearly demonstrates that the snowplow and salt spreader meets the minimum essential characteristics shown in Attachment 1.Method of quote submission: email to crystal.spurlin@us.af.mil; ryan.scott.34@us.af.mil. All quotes shall include price(s), a point of contact, name and phone number, CAGE Code, business size under NAICS Code 333120 and payment terms. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the vendor to meet all specifications and requirements. Advance/partial payments are not authorized. Quoters are reminded to include a completed copy of 52.212-3 and its ALT I if not updated in SAM.52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items is applicable to this procurement. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation is most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. Quotes will be evaluated based on the following criteria: 1. Technical Acceptability 2.
