Description
Amendment 1: Added Section K and its one attachment. SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory is operated by Stanford University for the Department of Energy. As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions. You are invited to submit a Firm-Fixed-Price / Time and Materials/Labor Hour proposal in accordance with Line Items in Section B of this RFP and the proposal preparation requirements and other applicable provided documents. Your proposal must be received no later than Thursday, December 4, 2025, 5:00pm Pacific Time, and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions can be provided by electronic files in PDF or any digital format. Please refer to the attached RFP_360237 for complete details.
