Description
This is not a Solicitation announcement. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice only. The Solicitation shall be issued on or about November 5, 2025. All interested parties must respond to the Solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for Non-Emergent Wheelchair, Stretcher, and Ambulatory Transportation Services at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System; 650 E. Indian School Road, Phoenix, Arizona 85012. The following NAICS code: 485991 and PSC code: V212 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB�s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. The Government anticipates holding a site visit on November 13th, from 9:00 am MT to 12:00 pm MT the Phoenix VA Main Facility. Vehicle inspections are not required prior to award, and will not be conducted at the site visit. Please RSVP for the site visit to Contract Specialist Katharine Robert at katharine.robert@va.gov NLT 12:00 pm MT, November 7, 2025, for more information. The Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) included in this Pre-solicitation Notice is not final, and is subject to change. The final PWS will be included in the Solicitation.
