Description

The U.S. Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) intends to award a bridge action by modifying current Task Order N0017320F2029, Research and Development Efforts for High Performance Computing, with Arcfield on a sole-source basis pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services with Satisfy Agency Requirements. This covers all layers of the network stack and includes the displays, the Graphical User Interface (GUI) applications, the data, the storage, security, and the protocols, policies and directives that govern the enterprise. This extends from tactical edge, to High Performance Networking Center (HPC).
