Description
This Combined Synopsis & Solicitation (Combo) Request for Quote (RFQ) for commercial items and services is prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Combo RFQ constitutes the only solicitation and is for the purchase of Lodging and Meals for B Co, 834 ASB, in support of their annual training. See the attached Combo RFQ and the Statement of Work (SOW) for full details and requirements. Attachments: B 08 - Combo - 834 ASB Lodging and Meals A 02 - SOW - 834 ASB Lodging and Meals B 08 - Attachment - Menus Address quotes and questions to Mr. Dan Bart, listed in the POC section below: daniel.g.bart.civ@army.mil AMEND 1 � This Amendment is to both extend the mileage for acceptable hotels and to extend the closing date to Friday, 24 April 2026 at 1:00pm CDT.
