Description
Intent to Sole Source The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4), hereby gives notice of the Government s intent to establish a firm-fixed price 6 month purchase order with William Scotsman Inc. for office trailer rental services. William Scotsman Inc. has a 60 by 60 office trailer on site at Wilmington VA Medical Center. The current structure is installed with plumbing and electricity. To replace the structure would displace over 25 employees and negatively impact the lives and care of patients. As such, competition is not anticipated for this procurement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes and is for informational purposes only. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
