VA s purpose for this notice is to conduct market research and identify capable resources from Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran-Owned Small Business (VOSB) and/or capable Open Market Sources. The NAICS Codes for use is 924110 Administration of Air and Water Resource and Solid Waste Management Programs. The Department of Veterans Affairs will give the opportunity to other offerors in the interest of competition. This advertisement is a notice of a potential opportunity. The advertisement is not a solicitation for offers, nor is it a request for proposals. The purpose of this advertisement is to identify potential sources and suitable locations. The Government will not pay for any costs incurred as a result of this advertisement. Respondents are advised that the Government assumes no responsibility to award a lease based upon responses to this advertisement. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Seeks to obtain services for wastewater discharge sampling for VA Boston Healthcare System (VABHS). VABHS consists of three primary medical centers located in West Roxbury, Jamaica Plain and Brockton. West Roxbury and Jamaica plain fall under the Massachusetts Water Resource Authority (MWRA) authority for wastewater discharge and have permits accordingly. Brockton falls under Brockton Water & Sewer likewise and has a discharge permit from the City of Brockton. Interested parties shall furnish the following minimum information: 1. Company name and address ensure your company is registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. 2. Company point of contact name, telephone number, and email address. 3. Evidence that you are a small business (if applicable): Small Business ensure you are listed as small business in SAM, reps and certifications. Provide the NAICS codes you are listed as a small business under. CVE certified SDVOSB or VOSB (or in the process of certification) ensure you are certified in the CVE veteran database at www.vetbiz.va.gov/. Provide evidence of certification. 4. If your company holds a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Contract, list the GSA Contract Number and SINs. 5. Capabilities/Qualifications: A written response providing clear and unambiguous evidence to substantiate the capacity to fulfill this requirement. Description of the capabilities/qualifications/skills/required licenses your company possesses to perform services in the geographic areas described above. Evidence of existing capability to perform the required transportation services. 6. Past Experience: Brief summary of the company history relative to similar requirements. Provide the information on projects of similar size and scope for which the responder was a prime or subcontractor. Provide contract number the work was performed under, period of performance and one professional reference with contact information.
