Description

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Installation Contracting Office, West Point, NY (MICC-West Point) is issuing this SYNOPSIS to exercise the third (3rd) option of the West Point Cemetery Services contract at West Point, NY. The upcoming requirement covers a 1-year (12-month) period July 01, 2026 through June 30, 2027. This Synopsis Notification is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation document is available. However, any interested party that believes is capable of meeting our requirement on future renewals may identify themselves but must submit evidence of their capability to fulfill the requirement. ***INFO WILL BE VERIFIED***. All interested parties must provide the following data with their responses: 1. Company Name and Address 2. SAMs Unique Entity ID (UEI) 3. CAGE Code 4. TAX ID# (aka �EIN� or �TIN�) 5. NAICS Code(s) (must be registered under NAICS Code 812220) 6. Business Size (must specify if �Large� or �Small�) 7. Company POC, Email, Phone# 8. Proof (no exceptions) - - a. Provide a capability statement that shows your company�s ability to meet our requirements in accordance with the information stated above. A determination not to compete the requirement based on the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Any information received will be considered solely for market research purposes to determine a potential future competitive procurement.
