This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number RFQ2026AK47BLANK. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2026-01, dated 03/13/2026 and Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO). The Government will make award to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to this solicitation and is most advantageous.
