Description

Background: Current scheduling for 24/7 continuous operations is largely managed via manual Excel spreadsheets, leading to sub-optimal schedule management, increased fatigue, and heavy administrative burdens on Non-Commissioned Officers (NCOs). The objective is to deploy a solution that ensures compliance with rest mandates, incorporates evidence-based principles for shift scheduling, optimizes manning based on qualifications, and handles dynamic roster changes. Any questions shall be submitted via email to the below points of contacts by 19 June 2026 at (5:00 PM EST). Proposals will be due 19 June 2026 at (5:00 PM EST). Any questions regarding this RFI must be submitted in writing via email to Mr. Derrick Manning, Resource Management Specialist, derrick.manning@us.af.mil or Mr. Corey Collins, Chief of Contracts Management, corey.collins.12@us.af.mil.
