Description
AMENDMENT - 16 OCT 2023 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the open period for the ARA with Calls and to make several administrative updates throughout the announcement. Please reference the following attachment for additional information. - ARA_Open_Two-Step_Defense Experimentation Using Commercial Space Internet - Amend 03 14AUG2022 The amendment is also being issued to make updates to Call 03.
