Description
This Solicitation, W912BU26QA007, is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), per the below: The intent of this procurement action is to procure a replacement Pentair Aurora Model 423 fire pump for the Dredge McFARLAND. This pump is a direct OEM replacement for the existing pump. Non-OEM replacement pumps are not acceptable. Delivery: The pump shall be delivered to the destination within 20 weeks of the contract award date. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, published 26 August 2025. Clauses and Provisions are available online at www.acquisition.gov. This solicitation is set aside 100% for small business under NAICS Code 333998 - All Other Miscellaneous General Purpose Machinery Manufacturing, the small business size standard is 700 employees. Quotes shall be submitted through PIEE no later than 2:00 PM EST on Tuesday, 20 January 2026. Quotes shall include pricing information, vendor CAGE code, and Unique Entity identification number (UEI). All vendors must be registered and active in SAM.gov. Award will be made based on the lowest quote meeting the technical requirements.
