Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-06, Effective 10/01/2025. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Environmental Laboratory (EL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires a service contract for the Steris AMSCO sterilizer autoclave for continued instrument operation. This is a patented instrument and only a certified company capable of support, maintenance, or upgrades to ensure manufacturing specifications are maintained is required. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1. Price, 2. Technical Acceptability, and 3. Past Performance. See attached solicitation for full requirements. It is imperative that the offeror submit sufficient documentation and information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price. Failure to submit sufficient information for the Government to determine technical acceptability and quoted price may cause for rejection of your quote. Please complete the attached SF 1449 including Section G and return the quote. Your submitted responses are appreciated.
