Description

This serves as notice that the United States Government has executed a 8-year, 6-months Succeeding Lease for 10,000 rentable square feet of space yielding 9,989 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet for Department of Veterans Affairs, Cleveland Ambulatory Surgery Center located at 8901 Superior Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44115. The leased premises includes 55 reserved parking spaces as part of rent consideration. The Succeeding lease has been awarded to RTD Cleveland LLC in Oklahoma City, OK. The Succeeding lease term commences October 1, 2025 through April 13, 2034 at the annual averagae rent of $662,823.56. Justification for Other than Full and Open Competition attached.
