(4) The SF24 Form was added to the attachments. **Amendment 1** Questions and Answers attachment has been added to answer contractor questions. FCC Butner BUT Interior Repairs - Flooring System The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) has issued solicitation 15B10626Q00000017 for the award of a firm fixed-price contract entitled BUT Interior Repairs at Federal Correctional Complex at FCC Butner. FCC Butner is a federal correctional facility located at Old NC Highway 75, Butner, NC, 27509. The installation of high performance resinous flooring system at three separate areas are located at the LSCI, FCI-I, and FCI-2 Food Service kitchen areas. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, labor, and supervision for the complete installation of the work. The Statement of Work/Specifications attachment included with the solicitation posting will provide complete requirements for the project The project must start 10 days from the notice to proceed. The performance period for the project will be 91 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238330 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19.0 million. The optional site visit will be on June 23, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. EST. To attend this optional site visit, please complete the attached NCIC form and send to: a1huffman@bop.gov NCIC forms due for optional site visit: Wednesday, June 17th, 2026, 9:00 AM, EST. The solicitation will be distributed solely through www.SAM.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be made available. The website provides download instructions. Entities are not required to, nor are they able to, update their entity registration to remove these representations in SAM.� IMPORTANT: Any contractor interested in obtaining a contract award with the Federal Bureau of Prisons must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. In order to qualify for award, your business size metrics information entered in your SAM registration must be less than or equal to the small business size standard specified above. Each offeror�s SAM registration will be reviewed by the Government to confirm that your business size meets the small business size standard requirement. All offerors are urged to double check their SAM registration and update as necessary, including the size metrics information. This is a 100% small business set-aside. You must be registered in SAM as a small business for the above NAICS code (reference FAR provision 52.219-1 in the Representations & Certifications section of your SAM registration). The following wage determination is applicable for this construction (construction type: building) solicitation and any award for Butner, North Carolina. Wage Determination NC20260003. See attached.
