Description

DRAFT RFP FA8232-19-R-3001 with DRAFT Attachments This is not a solicitation, but rather a Request for Information (RFI) announcement to allow potential prime contractors interested in the F-16 Missile Warning System (MWS) acquisition for the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and the Air National Guard (ANG) to receive the DRAFT solicitation with the following DRAFT attachments: MWS Sections L&M, MWS SOO, MWS SRD, Exhibit A CDRLs A001-A128, Exhibit B CDRL B001, MWS TEB Table, and DD254. For the SRD CLASSIFIED Addendum, interested Contractors shall submit a request and provide the Contracting Officers and Contracting Specialist an appropriate mailing address that can receive CLASSIFIED data in addition to a POC, company's name, and DUNS/Cage code. The Government will review the requests and may grant permission as deemed appropriate for companies to receive the SRD CLASSIFIED Addendum through mail. All requests shall be submitted to corey.muir@us.af.mil, daniel.olsen@us.af.mil, and justin.schneider.1@us.af.mil. This announcement is not intended to direct or influence any financial or resource investment from industry vendors. No financial obligations or commitments with or to the Government should be inferred. This announcement does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This is a RFI, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e). The F-16 Contracting Office requests that prime contractors provide detailed written feedback and/or questions on the DRAFT solicitation, and DRAFT attachments: MWS Sections L&M, MWS SOO, MWS SRD, Exhibit A CDRLs A001-A128, Exhibit B CDRL B001, MWS TEB Table, and DD254 the sent to corey.muir@us.af.mil, daniel.olsen@us.af.mil, and justin.schneider.1@us.af.mil by October 15th, 2018 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. The Government is requesting that all possible prime contractors provide a response if your company is still interested and capable of participating in this effort (please provide your company name, cage code, DUNS code, business size status per NAICS 334511, POC including name/phone #/email, and short capability statement in regards to the MWS) and if a 60 day solicitation time to propose is adequate for the final solicitation to corey.muir@us.af.mil, daniel.olsen@us.af.mil, and justin.schneider.1@us.af.mil by October 15th, 2018 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. The Government is allowing prime contractors to meet with the Government one last time before the Government releases the FINAL Solicitation. Contractors are highly encouraged to provide detailed written feedback, questions, and/or discussion topics pertaining to the DRAFT solicitation and DRAFT attachments: MWS Sections L&M, MWS SOO, MWS SRD, Exhibit A CDRLs A001-A128, Exhibit B CDRL B001, MWS TEB Table, and DD254 prior to meeting with the Government. These written responses are due by October 15th, 2018 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Any questions and answers will be posted to FBO.gov unless specifically marked as proprietary. The Government is offering either face-to-face or telecon meetings on October 18th and 22nd. If a telecon is requested, please provide a call-in number. The time slots are first come, first serve. The following time slots are available: October 18th 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, October 18th 12:30 PM to 3:30 pm, October 22nd 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, October 22nd 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM. Meeting requests shall be sent to corey.muir@us.af.mil, daniel.olsen@us.af.mil, and justin.schneider.1@us.af.mil by October 11th, 2018 at 2:00 PM Mountain Time. Again, these meetings are not intended to direct or influence any financial or resource investment from industry vendors.
