Description
36C25926R0047 0003 The purpose of this amendment is to provide a clarification for question 55b regarding footings/foundations/piers/pilings. Question 55b is changed from: The Statement of Work indicates that foundations are to be demolished to one foot below grade except for piles. Please confirm: Do any buildings contain driven piles or deep foundations? Both, Please reference as-builts.� Bldg. 1 has deep foundations and pile footings.� Is pile removal explicitly excluded from the scope of work? Yes, unless they are one foot above existing basement soil elevations. If pile removal is excluded, please identify known locations.� Refer to the as-built drawings.
