Description

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for a commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice governed by FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/notice; proposals are being requested, further written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-06 effective 27 August 2025. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed price (FFP) Commercial Contract, as a small business set-aside, for the Demolition Missile Alert Field (MAF) R-01 Radio Tower and Genset Generator Package. FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services (September 2023), applies to this acquisition: AMENDMENT 01 - Added Attachments 5 - 8 as noted below. I. Refer to the following solicitation documents: Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 20 January 2026. Attachment 2 - MFR CUI Receipt (for CUI Drawings) Attachment 2a - Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) Registration Attachment 2b - NIST SP 800-171 Assessment Attachment 2c - NIST SP 800-171 Entry Guide Attachment 3 - SCA Wages dated 3 December 2025 Attachment 4 - Hazmat Authorization Attachment 5 - Photos of Tower and Genset Attachment 6 - Tower Cutsheets Attachment 7 - Questions and Answers Attachment 8 - Cotnractor Safety Guide Please keep in mind you must submit the MFR for attachment 2 CUI Drawings. Site Visit was scheduled 5 February 2026. Proposals due no later than 11:00 am MST, Friday, 13 February 2026 via email only to walter.wheeler.1@us.af.mil and liezel.mcintyre@us.af.mil.
