Amendment 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: Publish the official Government responses to vendor questions (Q&A). Post a revised Statement of Objectives (SOO) incorporating new technical constraints (e.g., automatic lighting, dual-sided ADA ramps/hand cranks, and specific back-to-back shelving configurations). Remove the requirement for the contractor to dismantle and dispose of the existing shelving system (this will now be handled by the Government). Update the CLIN structure to remove the teardown/disposal labor requirement. Offerors must acknowledge this amendment and base their quotes on the revised SOO and updated CLIN structure. General Information Contract Opportunity Type: Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Title: High-Density Mechanical-Assist Mobile Shelving System Solicitation Number: W50S6P26Q0001 Product Service Code (PSC): 7125 � Cabinets, Lockers, Bins, and Shelving NAICS Code: 337215 � Showcase, Partition, Shelving, and Locker Manufacturing (Size Standard: 500 Employees) Set-Aside: Total Small Business Set-Aside Place of Performance: Little Rock AFB, AR 72099, USA Description 1. Overview This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 189th Air Lift Wing at Little Rock Air Force Base, Arkansas, has a requirement for the removal of an existing shelving system and the design, procurement, delivery, and installation of a turnkey high-density mechanical-assist mobile shelving system for the 189th Logistics Readiness Squadron (LRS). This acquisition is being issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. 2. Requirement Details The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the dismantling of current assets and the installation of the new mobile shelving system. For full technical specifications, layout dimensions, weight capacities, safety parameters, and ADA compliance requirements, please refer to the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). 3. Evaluation and Basis for Award Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the lowest price that meets all requirements as stated in this combined synopsis/solicitation and the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO). Quotes will be reviewed to ensure the proposed solution conforms to all minimum specifications, dimensions, safety parameters, and ADA requirements outlined in the SOO. All specifications detailed in the SOO must be addresses in the quote to be considered for award. 4. Notice to Offerors Regarding Availability of Funds Notice: Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government anticipates funding to become available prior to end of the fiscal year. In accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, the Government�s obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. 5. Important Dates & Submission Instructions Question & Answer (Q&A) Period: All questions regarding this solicitation and the attached SOO must be submitted in writing via email to the points of contact listed below no later than 5:00 PM CDT on June 17, 2026. Proposal Submission Deadline: Proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM CDT on July 2, 2026. Quote Validity Period: The government requests a quote validity period of at least 90 days. Offers must be submitted via email to the primary and secondary points of contact. Late submissions will be processed in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). 6. Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) Structure: Offerors shall provide a quote utilizing the following CLIN structure. Pricing must be for a complete, turnkey solution as outlined in the SOO. CLIN 0001: High-Density Mobile Shelving Equipment Description: Provide all materials, hardware, and components for the mobile shelving system in accordance with the attached SOO. Description: Provide all labor, tools, and supervision necessary fully install/configure the new system in accordance with the attached SOO.
