Description

Notice of Intent to Issue a Sole Source Task Order Under GSAM 538.7104-3(b)(1)(iii) Only One Source Is Capable and GSAM 538.7104-4(b)(1) Items Peculiar to One Manufacturer The Government intends to issue a brand name, sole source task order to Apex Logic, Inc. for Symphony Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Information System Security Officer (ISSO) support services. This action will be conducted in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 538.7102-2(b)(5), Limiting Sources, under the General Services Administration (GSA) Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) program. The task order will be issued on a firm-fixed-price basis to Apex Logic, Inc. under GSA MAS contract number 47QTCA22D00A2. The anticipated period of performance is three (3) years, consisting of a twelve (12) month base period and two (2) twelve (12) month option periods. This requirement is a follow-on effort supporting the continued use and maintenance of the Symphony platform and associated ISSO services. The order will be issued as a 100% Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside. This notice is for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations. However, interested parties may submit capability statements demonstrating their ability to meet the Government's requirement as described herein.
