Description
This is a notice of intent to award a sole-source contract and is not a request for proposals. However, the Government shall consider all responses from responsible sources. Naval Health Research Center (NHRC), San Diego, CA, intends to solicit a proposal and enter into a contract with CORNERSTONE RESEARCH GROUP INC, Miamisburg, OH. The statutory authority for this sole source procurement is 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) per FAR 6.302-1(b)(1)(ii). Item/Service Description: Item 1. 2 EA, Smart Heated Wool Sock prototypes (pairs), to include controllers, batteries, chargers, and user guide. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and have fully completed FAR and DFARS representations and certifications. Reference N6311626Q0509 on submissions and include Company Name, Full Address, CAGE Code and Point of Contact information including Name, Phone Number and E-Mail address.
