Description
Question and Answer Under Scope of Work (h): Under this solicitation will the venue need to hold the facility open for the second and fourth weeks of March, June and September. Assuming this will allow for flexibility in scheduling since specific dates are not noted in the solicitation. VA Response We will leave to the discretion of the venue, to hold the entire 2nd and 4th week to allow the VA the choice of any date in those weeks. Please confirm this solicitation will only be for one full day, in March, June and September, so 3 days total. VA Response As stated in the Statement of Work in section 3) c) Training will be held from 8:00am to 4:30pm (only one day per quarter). The solicitation states the months of March, June and September is when the training will be scheduled. Can you provide the specific dates? VA Response Our preference would be March 11, June 23, and September 17 (2026).
