Description
AMENDMENT 0001 The Purpose of this amendment is to: 1. Answer vendor inquiries that were recieved within the inquiry period. No other inquiries will be addressed. 2. Incorporate minor clarifications and administrative changes to the solicitation and PWS. All responses due no later than 10:00 AM MT 12/01/2025 to Katharine Robert, via email only at katharine.robert@va.gov . This is a solicitation for commercial products and commercial services. The Government contemplates a single award of a base plus four option year, Fixed-Price Indefinite Quantity contract resulting from this solicitation. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside solicitation for Non-Emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) Services for the Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS). The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 485991, with a small business size standard of $19.0 million. The FSC/PSC is V212. The anticipated period of performance is 01/01/2026 - 12/31/2030 [subject to change]. See the attached solicitation for submission instructions and required submittals under FAR 52.212-1, and evaluation factors under FAR 52.212-2. NOTICE OF COMPLIANCE CHECK: A preliminary review of offers will be conducted; if all documentation is not submitted or is incomplete the offer will not be forwarded for evaluation; this will preclude the offer from any further consideration for award.
