SOURCES SOUGHT FOR AIR TRANSPORTATION AND AIRBORNE/AIRDROP SUPPORT SERVICES In accordance with FAR Part 10 - Market Research, this sources sought notice is being issued by the 905th Battalion on behalf of the Regimental Reconnaissance Company (RRC), 75th Ranger Regiment. This sources sought notice is intended for planning purposes only in order to determine industry interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a Request for Proposal. The Government is not seeking or accepting unsolicited proposals. This notice should not be construed as a contract, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind by the Government. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the U.S. Government. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. The U.S. Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any input as a result of this market survey. The U.S. Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. The Department of the Army is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing direct labor, materials, transportation, supervision, and administrative support necessary for conducting air operations, including Air Transportation and Airborne/Airdrop Support Services. This market research specifically seeks information regarding available sources that can fulfill the performance requirements for the estimated period of performance (POP) from 15 February to 28 February 2026. Attached is a working copy of the Performance Work Statement (PWS). SUBMISSION INFORMATION: Responses are due no later than December 29, 2025 at 5:00 PM EST. Please fill out the attached Market Research Questionnaire and Experience Form, if applicable, when submitting your response to this Sources Sought notice.
