This sole source award is made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, as Johnson Controls International (JCI) is the only responsible source capable of meeting the agency�s requirements for REPLACE JCI PMI TO JCI METAYS. JCI Systems are proprietary and they are the only vendor that can manufacturer, install and program this system.
