Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) Orlando requires the procurement of critical brand-name, End-of-Life (EOL) spare components to support the Navy Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. Proactively securing this hardware mitigates imminent obsolescence risks and ensures the System Integration Laboratory (SIL) maintains the 90% operational availability required for the seamless integration of the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms. Due to the highly complex, system-of-systems architecture of the NADMT, this acquisition requires a Brand Name restriction, which will be competed among authorized distributors and resellers to the maximum extent practicable. Upon award, the contractor shall be responsible for the procurement, inspection, and delivery of a comprehensive spares package to San Diego, CA. To optimize logistics and streamline Government acceptance, the contractor must consolidate shipments to the maximum extent practicable. Delivery is required No Later Than (NLT) 15 September 2026; however, early delivery is highly encouraged to mitigate potential readiness gaps.
