Ammonium Perrhenate (APR) DESCRIPTION: This is a solicitation for the acquisition of commercial items using FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services) and FAR Part 15 (Contracting by Negotiation). This solicitation is for a long term, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) utilizing fixed price for Delivery Orders (DO). The duration of the acquisition will be five (5) years and is issued with Limited Competition in accordance with the approved Justification & Approval under FAR 6.302-3(b)(1)(iv)(A). This acquisition is for Ammonium Perrhenate (APR). This is a solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation reference # SP8000-26-R-0010, is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP). DLA Contracting Services Office - Columbus Division 3 (DCSO-C3) intends to award and administer multiple IDIQ contracts with a five (5) year ordering period. See solicitation and attachments for further details. ATTACHMENTS: Section B Statement of Work Clauses and Provisions Redacted Justification & Approval NOTES: All questions are due by 12:00 PM EST on 22 JAN 2026, after which the period for responding to questions shall have closed. Submit all questions to Allison Douglewicz at Allison.Douglewicz@dla.mil with "APR Solicitation Clarification Request" in the subject line. Proposals are due by 12:00 PM EST on 05 FEB 2026. Electronic proposals must be submitted via e-mail to Allison Douglewicz at Allison.Douglewicz@dla.mil. Facsimile proposals will not be accepted. NOTE: Proposal MUST be good for 180 calendar days after close of the notice. 11 MAR 2026 - Amendment 0002 posted. This amendment makes minor updates to the Statement of Work (SOW). Only offers received by the 05 FEB 2026 deadline will be considered. 30 JAN 2026 - Amendment 0001 posted. This amendment posts the Questions & Answers for questions submitted by the deadline. In addition, the amendment adds partial quantity sumission information to the solicitation.
