December 22, 2025: The Agency is seeking further Market Research information - see attached ROM document. Due date for responses is: December 31, 2025 @ 5pm ET. ----------- December 16, 2025: The Agency is seeking further Market Research information - see attached ROM document. Due date for responses is: December 26, 2025 @ 5pm ET. ------------------------------ November 21, 2025 - The Agency received the following questions: 1. Question: Approximately how many acres does the project cover? Response: Acreage will range from small applications of 5 to 20Acers and up to 3000 acres and total estimated acreage when cleared to be around 66, 000 acres all pending landowner agreements and Environmental clearances. 2. Question: Is the work located in and around Rio Grande City, Texas, or does the scope span multiple locations along the Southwest border? Response: Multiple sectors along the Southwest Border starting Del Rio moving south to Rio Grande Valley. ------------------- *This is not a Request for Quote or Request for Proposal. There is no site visit being scheduled for this Market Research Requset for Information. The Government is ONLY gathering data on potential vendors that can do the work in the attached SOW. **Please respond to the Government quesions by Nov 25, 2025 @ 5pm ET. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and expertise necessary to perform the following tasks: 1. Site Assessment and Planning 2. Carrizo Cane Removal and Eradication 3. Post-Removal Restoration 4. Waste Management 5. Deliverables 6. Performance Standards
