Description
The only purpose of this Amendment 0002 is to publish the RFIs and responses. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The only purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to publish the sign-in sheet from the site visit on 10/23/2025. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This procurement has been 100% set aside for SDVOSB under the VISN 21 MACC Group 2 only. An award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer, conforming to the Request for Proposal (RFP), will be most advantageous to the government, considering Price Only. Network Contract Office (NCO) 21 at Veterans Affairs Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS), at 1776 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, California, 94043, seeks a contractor to provide a complete demolition of Building 100 (Jones Hall) located at Mountain View campus. Contractor shall work with COR to minimize construction impact on VAPAHCS daily operations at Mountain View campus. The project number is 640-23-105. Site Visit: A site visit will take place on Thursday, October 23, 2025, at 10:00 AM PST. The meeting place is outside Building 100, Jones Hall, 1776 Old Middlefield Way, Mountain View, California, 94043. Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where the work will be performed. RFI due date: RFIs are due by Tuesday, October 28th at 8:00 AM PST. All RFIs must be received using the attached RFI Form, and each RFI must be individually numbered. Offer due date: All offers must be received no later than Monday, November 17th, 2025, at 8:00 AM PST. Please read all instructions in the attached RFP.
