Description
19 Feb 2026 - In reference to the question on the Indsutry Q&A West Point attachment, "Q. Dining Facility Attendants in Washington Hall under contract W911S-D-22-0003 (mess attendant and waiter services at the US Military Academy, West Point) are subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Teamsters Local 445, IBT. Does the government intend to recognize the terms of this agreement?", permission was not received to release the document. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command � Installation Readiness Center (MICC-IRC) has a requirement from Army Sustainment Command (ASC) to procure Cook Support and DFA services under the Army Food Program for the cadet dining facilities at West Point USMA, NY. The resulting contract will be awarded as a firm fixed priced (FFP) definitized contract. The contractor shall provide the appropriate amount of qualified labor and management necessary to provide quality cook support and DFA services in a cost effective, safe, and environmentally sound manner. Contractor tasks in support of the installation�s DFA mission include but are not limited to the following: facility sanitation and janitorial services in the Cadet Mess kitchen. Contractor tasks in support of the Cook Support mission include but are not limited to the following: food preparation and sanitation of cooking equipment and kitchen areas.
