Description

The purpose of this solicitation is to acquire brand-name Axis IP Cameras and other equipment for the Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) facilities; including both the Western Currency Facility (WCF) in Fort Worth, TX and the DC (Eastern) Currency Facility (DCF) in Washington, DC. This solicitation is bound by a Total Women Owned Small Business (WOSB) set-aside under the associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 334419, Other Electronic Component Manufacturing, and size standard is 750 employees. The Government contemplates establishing single award, brand-name, firm-fixed price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) as a result of this solicitation. All offers shall be submitted electronically via email to Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov no later than 3:00PM (CST) on Tuesday, November 4, 2025. Any inquiries or request for clarification regarding this solicitation shall be submitted electronically via email to Terry.Lawrence@bep.gov no later than 12:00PM (CST) on October 29, 2025.
