Description

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Facilities and Management Services located at the Martinsburg VA Medical Center intends to increase task order 36C10F22D0006 36C24524F0134, that will add additional Construction Administrator CM-CA for 1080 hours to Contract Line Item No. (CLIN) 3009 Option Year 2 and 1080 hours CLIN 4009 Option Year 3. Soliciting and obtaining another IDIQ service contractor would duplicate services, cause unnecessary delays, add unnecessarily purchasing staff time, and additional costs that are not expected to be recovered through competition. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of performing the requirement may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency, only if received by the closing date and time of this notice. A determination not to compete the proposed requirement based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. For any questions or concerns, please contact Ethan Mauzy ethan.mauzy@va.gov
