The Purpose of this Amendment 0001 is to Extend the Response Date until 28 May 2026,-------------Upload the Request for Information (RFI) and Answers. See Attachment SAC_RFI_ 2026 QA------Update the Temporary Environmental Section of the Specification - SECTION 01 57 19 page 26. -------Upload Latest SAMPLING AND ANALYSIS REPORT (SAR) dated February 2026. See Attachment 2026_USACE_Sacramento_Stockton_DWSC_SAR----------------- Upload Amendment 0001 SF 30 Solicitation Amendment W912P726BA0040001 SF 30_ This Procurement will be conducted under FSC CODE: Z1KF, NAICS Code: 237990. The size standard for this code is $37,000,000. All questions should be directed to the Contract Specialist, J.Dennis Neal: james.neal@usace.army.mil. Estimated Cost Range is between $1,000,000 - $5,000,000. JOB DESCRIPTION: PROJECT TITLE: SACRAMENTO DEEPWATER SHIP CHANNEL (DWSC) DREDGING FY26 PROJECT LOCATION: SACRAMENTO and YOLO COUNTIES, CA The work includes annual maintenance dredging of the Sacramento DWSC to -30-ft (MLLW) plus 1-ft of paid over-depth. All dredge material is suitable for the upland beneficial reuse sites listed in Specification Section 00 10 00 PRICING SCHEDULESCHEDULE AND requirements in specification Section 01 11 00 SUMMARY OF WORK. Dredge material may be suitable for beneficial reuses at Contractor furnished sites in accordance with the permit requirements of the specific reuse site. THIS REQUIREMENT IS FOR FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION AND WILL BE ISSUED AS AN INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) WHICH WILL RESULTIN THE AWARD OF A SINGLE FIRM FIXED PRICE (FFP) CONTRACT. BIDDERS ARE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED, OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, AND/OR FINAL AWARDPROCESS. Plans and specs will not be provided in hard copy or CD format. NOTE: a) In preparation for prospective to submit offers when the IFB is issued, it is imperative that all prospective Offerors (including their subcontractors) must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM - www.SAM.gov) and the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) website in order to be able to view and download solicitation information, and to submit offers. b) Solicitation documents, plans, and specifications are only available to be download from PIEE, which may be accessed at https://wawf.eb.mil OR https://piee.eb.mil OR https://piee.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml. c) Offers MUST BE submitted electronically through the PIEE website. d) Registration should be completed one (1) week prior to the anticipated solicitation release date.
