Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) for all recipients and IS NOT a formal Request For Quote (RFQ). Any and all information exchanged as a result of this message SHALL NOT be considered binding in any way. You are receiving this email because the U.S. Government is seeking to identify vendors with the capability to provide exhaust and ventilation cleaning and maintenance services to a USCG WLM Buoy Tender. 1.0 Purpose: USCG Base Ketchikan is seeking information from the commercial vendor base to assist in planning and budgeting for the aformentioned services in Ketchikan, AK. This RFI is for informational purposes only and does not constitute a commitment to contract. Information gathered will be used for planning and budgeting purposes only. Interested vendors will be noted for future solicitations. 2.0 Scope. Please review the attached document for the scope of this requirement. 3.0 Additional Information: Please also provide the following information: Company Name: Company Address: Point of Contact (Name, Title, Email, Phone): Brief Description of Company Capabilities: (e.g., years of experience, examples of similar past projects, geographic coverage) Required lead time to support this contract requirement. Any estimated pricing data to assist in planning and budgeting purposes. 4.0 Response Instructions: Please submit your responses and estimated pricing to Benjamin.R.Reedy@uscg.mil by the deadline of 4 p.m. AKST January 16, 2026. Contractors are allowed to submit responses after the deadline has passed. Questions from industry will only be answered before the deadline.
