Description
Reactivation of freight rail serving Naval Weapons Station Earle. Work includes 29 miles of rail, including 10 miles of inactive rail along the Mainline, sifting of ballast, inspection and replacement of subgrade where necessary, 14 signalized and un-signalized grade crossings, and structural repairs and waterproofing at historic bridges (HB�s) along the Mainline. An Industry Day event for project �RM21-0276 Replace Obsolete Ammunition Rail Trackage, Naval Weapons Station, Earle, NJ� will be held on Thursday, 12 February 2026 at Courtyard by Marriott Lincroft Red Bank, 245 Half Mile Road, Red Bank, New Jersey, 07701 from 0900 � 1100 EST. Registration prior to the event is required to attend. We ask that you limit personnel to five per company due to meeting room limits. Please fill out �Attachment 1 � Registration� and submit to mary.a.pool3.civ@us.navy.mil by Wednesday, 4 February 2026.
