Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, Illinois Waterway, has a requirement for the purchase of a new tractor with loader and factory heavy duty front mounted blade. This requirement also includes the trade-in of a John Deere 1070 Tractor. Technical inquiries and questions are due no later than 2:00 PM CT on January 19, 2026. Quotes are due by 2:00 PM CT on January 23, 2026.
