Description

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES The 436th Contracting Squadron intends to award a sole-source contract to Action Target Inc. (Cage Code: 0N2W7), under the authority of Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-1, 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1). This is a sole-source requirement based on only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Contracting Officer (CO) may solicit from one source if the CO determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. Due to the proprietary nature and patented systems of the requirement, Action Target Inc. is the sole authorized service provider for Dover AFB�s CATM Bullet Trap System in the U.S. and Canada. There are currently no available funds for this requirement and this notice of intent is published for informational purposes only. This is NOT a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation document will be posted for the requirement. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested vendors must respond to this notice on or before 12:00 P.M. EDT, 05 May 2026 to the Point of Contact's listed below. Contract Specialist � Bryce M.
