Description

This is a MARKET RESEARCH Site Visit for market research purposes only. A follow-on solicitation is NOT guaranteed. Please note that the NAICS code is subject to change since this is a developing requirement. Site Visit: A Market Research Site Visit is scheduled for Tuesday, 06 January 2026 at JBSA Randolph, TX at 9:00am CST. The initial meeting place will be the JBSA Randolph Visitor Center located at 1 Harmon Dr, Randolph AFB, TX, 78150. Departure to the site will be promptly at 8:40 am CST ***OR*** when all pre-cleared parties have checked-in, whichever occurs first. Interested parties MUST arrive 30 minutes prior to departure time to sign in, wait in line and retrieve your pass at the visitor center. The Government WILL NOT provide transportation to travel between the sites. Interested parties are required to have a copy of a valid REAL ID Driver�s License, vehicle registration and insurance on hand in order to receive a base pass. If the driver�s license has not been updated to the REAL ID, interested parties will need a passport along with a driver�s license. If this type of documentation is not provided a base pass will not be issued and attendance will not be granted. Please limit your party to essential attendees only. Please refer to the attachment for the DRAFT version of the Statement of Work for potential scope of work. Requests to attend the Site Visit shall be received NO LATER THAN Friday, 02 January 2026 at 10:00 am CST. Interested parties shall send a request to attend the Site Visit to: Contract Specialist (CS) � Theresa Viveros at email: theresa.viveros@us.af.mil and Contracting Officer (CO) � N. Marie Phillips at email: norena.phillips@us.af.mil Please include the following details within your email for each person requesting attendance: Company name Will you/your representative be in attendance? If yes, attendee name(s) and a good contact/cell phone number Will any attendees require assistance with obtaining base access? If yes, provide a list of names for those needing base access, including the following details: Full Name (last name, First Name, MI) Date of Birth State Issued REAL ID ( Driver�s License/DL # and State it was issued from) Country of Birth Cell phone/contact number for day of visit Contractors who already have base access are required to notify CO & CS via email of planned attendance and check in with the CO/CS at the Visitor�s Center at above stated time and location. Upon leaving the Visitor Center, we will proceed via caravan to the Site Location at 10257 E Street, Bldg 663, JBSA Randolph, TX . Closed-toe shoes are highly recommended on-site.
