Description
The National Cemetery Administration (NCA) has a requirement for Irrigation System Management Services at the Willamette National Cemetery. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform irrigation management services as defined in this PWS. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 221310- Water Supply and Irrigation Systems and the Small Business Size Standard is $41 Million. In order to be eligible for award the offeror must comply with all the requirements in the solicitation. Specific instructions are included in FAR 52.212-1- Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Products and Commercial Services and the addendum to FAR 52.212-1. The evaluation information is included in addendum 52.212-2-Evaluation. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services Procedures. The Government will award a firm fixed price contract with a base year and four 4 option periods. This solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. In order to be awarded a contract an offeror must be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM), http://www.sam.gov and have completed their Online Representations and Certifications.
