AMENDMENT-DESCRIPTION The purpose of Solicitation Amendment 0004 is to provide the following updates and information: A.The solicitation proposal submission deadline is extended to 06/24/2026 at 14:00 P.D.T. B. This date constitutes the final deadline for submission. No additional extensions will be granted. C. Proposals must be emailed to christopher.whipple@va.gov. D.
