This announcement for Architect and Engineering Services is being issued in accordance with FAR OVERHAUL PART 36.102.1 -40 U.S.C. 1001. IT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL NOR DOES IT GUARANTEE AN RFP WILL BE ISSUED. Amendment 003: Submissions of SF330s - Currently it has been identified that submission via PIEE is not available under this Special Notice. For firms wishing to submit please email a request for a DoDSafe Link from David Clark - or SSgt Keif Gardner. David Clark - david.clark.94@us.af.mil or SSgt Keif Gardner - keif.gardner@us.af.mil.
