***** AMENDMENT #2 - DATED 5/14/2026 ***** The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions that have been asked/submitted and to extend the due date. Please see attached question and answer document. Scanned drawings of the most recent as-built for Sandia Crest have also been added with this amendment. No other changes to the solicitation are published with this amendment. ***** END OF AMENDMENT #2 ***** ***** AMENDMENT #1 - DATED 5/6/2026 ***** The purpose of this amendment is to announce a now scheduled site visit. A site visit for any interested party is scheduled for Tuesday, May 12, 2026 starting at 10 AM Mountain Standard Time. Meet initially at Casa Loma Recreation Residences (option item 1) 91 Casa Loma Rd. Cedar Crest, NM 87008. After viewing the items at this site, convoy to the Sandia Crest Recreation Site to view the base contract item to demolish and remove the Sandia Crest House. There is an active timber thinning project on the Sandia Crest so a convoy will be necessary to reduce the amount of times the closure gate needs to be opened to let vehicles up the mountain. Due to the distant location of option item 2, it will not be part of the site visit. This is the only scheduled site visit at this time and must be attended if you want to access the main site prior to submitting a quote. This is due to current access restrictions to the Sandia Crest House site. Please notify us via email if you plan attending. The site visit is expected to last several hours from 10 AM to around 3 PM. The due date stays the same and no other changes to the solicitation are published with this amendment. ***** END OF AMENDMENT #1 ***** This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAU26Q0036 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Demolition and Removal Services of the Sandia Crest House structure on the Sandia Crest Recreation Complex on the Cibola National Forest in New Mexico. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238910 The small business size standard is $19.0 M. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
