LAARNG COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION DOCUMENT | Dated: 11MARCH2026 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W912R-26-Q-A009 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Parts 12. The provisions and clauses incorporated into this solicitation document are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01 Effective on March 13, 2026. Provisions and clauses incorporated by reference have the same force and effect as if they were given in full text. Offer must include proof of adherence to provided specifications (quote will be checked for technical acceptableness based on needs statement, meal requirements, price, and other factors as outlined in LAARNG SF 1449 Addendum). The Louisiana Army National Guard 256IBCT 1-141 FA is seeking (Catered Meals for TH Thunder Security Mission in New Orleans, LA). In accordance with the attached Needs Statement and Exhibit 1 (21-day meal plan). Prices are all inclusive, meaning that all services, supplies and delivery need to be included.
